Eligibility & Technical Requirements
To qualify for the central subsidy under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, residential consumers must satisfy these core statutory and structural prerequisites.
Indian Citizenship
Applicant must currently be a permanent resident of India with valid Aadhaar and PAN documents.
Rooftop Rights
Exclusive right-of-use or ownership of a structurally sound concrete roof (RCC) or secure shed is mandatory.
Grid Connectivity
Must have an active residential grid connection (single-phase or three-phase) with a local DISCOM.
Empanelled EPC
Installation must be executed exclusively by a registered and empanelled vendor like A2S SOLUTION.
